Eoin has been giving Archaeology Scotland IT support for a number of months now. Not only has he given us free staff training in how to use and edit our website, but he helped source a free software package which made website editing much more straightforward than our existing system. Eoin had obviously done his homework, and our I.T. training was very much personally geared towards how our website was constructed and what we wanted to do with it. As a result of Eoin’s support, it has been much easier to keep our web pages up-to-date. We have recently updated our website, and the greater understanding we now have of how website management works, has been very helpful in making decisions for the redesign.
Eoin’s style of training is very friendly and relaxed. He makes good use of the time set aside for training sessions but it never feels pressured or stressful. Many of our staff had little or no previous experience in website management and we were all a little apprehensive, but the lessons were easy to follow and often great fun.
